The Food Safety Frontline Training aims to provide frontline employees, food processors, and extension officers with the knowledge and skills to safely manufacture food products.

The 3-hour training covers key concepts surrounding employee hygiene and handling practices, cross contamination, allergen control, documentation practices, and food defense geared towards the job responsibilities of production, sanitation, maintenance, and machine operators.

Participants will receive supporting digital training materials and a certificate of completion. While training will be taught in English, we will have the training materials available in both English and Spanish.
