Registration for the Carolinas Association for Food Protection's first in-person meeting is now open!
Our meeting theme is "The Future of Food Protection: Policy, Pathogens, and Professional Growth". You'll hear from our Keynote Speaker, Dr. Don Schaffner, Department Head, Distinguished Professor, and Extension Specialist from Rutgers University. Other featured speakers include Dr. Mark Moorman, who recently retired from the FDA, and Dr. Lee-Ann Jaykus, Professor Emerita from NC State University.

  • People in the Retail and/or Foodservice Industries: Have you wanted to learn more about how the Food Traceability Rule impacts retail food establishments? NC State, NC A&T State, High Point University, and The Ohio State have developed a short course on the Food Traceability Rule as it applies to the retail and foodservice industries. They are seeking interest in holding the course either the day before the May 12 CAFP meeting or right after the meeting ends. If you're interested, please complete the interest form
